Hair Services Details, Booking Policy, & Payment Info
**IMPORTANT**
Please read thoroughly to avoid any booking issues or inconveniences.
Before booking, please ensure you have access to the Military Base (Fort Carson). If visitor pass is required, please arrive at the visitor center with sufficient time to obtain your pass and arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. 10 Min Late arrivals will result in cancellation. I am not responsible for any issues regarding denied entry and DO NOT offer pick ups. PLEASE NOTE: This is not personal, this is a business.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Below are essential policies to ensure everyone is informed of our guidelines and to maintain quality and excellence during your service.
All clients are required to store a card on file just in case booking policy is VIOLATED!
Additional Guest & Children. Due to limited space, no extra guest are allowed unless they are being services. Children will only be services if they are able to sit calmly and remain seated for the duration of the appointment. If a child is unable to sit still, the appointment may be declined or stopped.
New Clients- Please Read Before Booking. All new clients must submit a clear photo of their hair in its natural state for approval before their appointment. I DO NOT BRAID NON-TEXTURED, WAVY, CURLY TEXTURED HAIR, FRESHLY RELAXED OR FRESHLY TRIMMED/BLUNT CUT HAIR.
Appointments that do not meet these requirements, may will be refused or cancelled. Deposits will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS
Appointment times. Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on the density and length of your hair. Please plan accordingly, as services will not be rushed.
Styles. The services available are limited to those listed on my appointment page (Knotless and Bohemian Knotless). If a service is not listed, it is not offered.PLEASE DONT ASK. I do not replicate styles from inspiration photos of other braiders, and once a service is booked, it cannot be modified.
Wash and Dry. Please arrive with your hair freshly washed (1-2days prior) and blown out from root to end. Please make sure your hair is PRODUCT FREE (NO OILS, GREASE AND NO LEAVE IN CONDITIONER) to avoid cancellation
Squeeze-in Appointments- Squeeze-in and off day appointments are a courtesy and subjected to full upfront payment. Squeeze ins are only available for Medium, Medium/large and Large Knotless or Boho Knotless. Clients must be flexible with timing.
Payment & Balance policy- All remaining balances must be paid via Cash app, Venmo, Apple Pay or Zelle ONLY.
For security purposes, all clients will receive a payment reminder 24hr before the appointment with their remaining balance and payment details. Payments must be paid BEFORE your appointment.
Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in the appointment being cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Due to texture and density, please do not compare your hair to others.
HAIR REQUIREMENTS-PLEASE READ
HAIR: Hair MUST be 3 to 4 inches all around for all services provided.
Trimmed Ends: For best results, Please avoid fresh trims/Blunt cuts before appointments.
Tucking: Tucking services is not provided. (I DO NOT TUCK)
*Please refrain from booking if you suffer from Sever Dandruff, Alopecia or Scalp Psoriasis.
HAIR & COLOR REQUIRMENTS
All braiding hair is provided to maintain consistency in quality and results.
If you choose to provide your own hair, it must be dropped off 48hr before your appointment. Late drop-offs may result in inconvenience fee. Please be advised that providing your own hair DOES NOT CHANCE YOUR SERVICE PRICE.
Available colors: 1B,#2,#4 AND 1B30.
Boho Styles: ALL BOHO HAIR SALES ARE FINAL ( Synthetic and Human ) AND CAN NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
DEPOSITS & REFUNDS
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and is applied to your total.
No deposit = no appointment. Dates are not held without payment.
Deposits may be transferred one time only when rescheduling. Additional changes require a new deposit.
Cards used for booking are securely saved on file and may be charged if booking policies are violated.
There is absolutely NO REFUNDS!!
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service price using the card on file.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price and may be banned from future bookings.
This applies to all clients, including bundle and non-bundle clients.
RUNNING LATE
Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period.
At exactly 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
If a remaining balance is owed, you may be charged up to the full service price using the card on file.
A new appointment must be booked through the site and will require a new deposit. No exceptions.
I work on a strict schedule. Please allow extra time for traffic, parking, and travel delays to ensure you arrive on time.
Missed Appointments & Late Cancellation Fees
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a charge equal to the full service price for the reserved time.
This fee must be paid before you are allowed to rebook. Payments will be processed using the card on file, or an invoice may be sent upon request.
If the card on file is declined and the invoice remains unpaid, you may be blocked from future bookings.
BUNDLE APPOINTMENTS
Bundle Appointment Package prices are subject to change.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Appointment Bundles
Forfeit of Deposits: If you cancel or request a refund on an appointment bundle, the non-refundable deposit for each appointment will be forfeited, whether the appointments were scheduled or not.
Inconvenience Fee: In addition to forfeiting the deposits, an inconvenience fee of 25% of the total appointment bundle price will be applied. This fee covers the time and resources reserved for your bundle and is non-refundable.
Bundle Expiration
Each bundle is valid for 12months from the date of purchase. Any unused appointments will expire after the 12months and can not be carried over. ALL bookings must follow the regular booking policy and depend on availability.
